Taipei, Taiwan – October 31, 2019 - Wi-sun Alliance holds member meeting twice a year. The meeting was held in Taipei this year for the first time. Nearly 100 representatives from all over the world gathered in Taipei to discuss the future Wi-SUN communication standards and the marketing activities of next year (2020).
As an local member, Vertexcom sent more than ten people from R&D engineers and marketing & sales team to participate in the conference. It not only seized the opportunity to showcase RF and PLC dual-mode hybrid mesh solution outside the venue, but also demonstrated its technical capability in the way of the keynote speech, including long-distance transmission, cross-floor penetration and a thousand-node networking speed in about 30 minutes in complying with the Wi-SUN communication protocol. The attendees were amazed by the excellent results of in-depth research on Wi-SUN technology by Vertexcom.
Cisco, TOSHIBA and Landis+Gyr, an international electric meter and gas meter manufacturer, all expressed their strong interest in further cooperation with Vertexcom.
